They are seeking dedicated Facilities Technicians to fill both day and night shifts, ensuring the smooth operation of their facilities.Facilities Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform compressor rebuilds, including removals and installs.
  • Execute header and equipment pump downs.
    • Troubleshoot and maintain water spray systems, boilers, and air compressors, coolers and chillers.
      • Handle ammonia/refrigeration (NH3) systems effectively.
        • Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance on pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
          • Troubleshoot AC/DC motor control systems.
            • Perform light plumbing and HVAC work as needed.
              • Manage light fixture repairs and maintenance.
                • Assist with PLC troubleshooting (basic understanding required). Schedule:
                  • 2-2-3 Schedule
                    • Day Shift: 5 am - 5 pm
                      • Night Shift: 5 pm - 5 am Compensation:
                        • $29 $37/hour
                          • $5,000 sign-on bonus Facilities Technician Requirements:
                            • Electrical experience.
                              • Physically fit to meet the demands of the role.
                                • Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, and pump systems.
                                  • Familiarity with ammonia/refrigeration (NH3) systems.
                                    • Basic understanding of PLC troubleshooting.
                                      • Experience with cooler/chiller systems, plumbing, HVAC, and light fixtures. Benefits:
