Job Description:
A company is looking for a People Analyst to derive and present
insights from human capital data.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development of data and analytics for employee
attraction, onboarding, retention, and development
Deliver actionable people insights and improve data fluency among
stakeholders
Retrieve data from various systems and collaborate with the HRIS
team to ensure data reliability
Required Qualifications
Relevant degree in Economics, Computer Science,
Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Statistics, Data Analytics,
or Human Resource Management
2-5 years of experience related to specified responsibilities
Expert proficiency in Google Sheets, Slides, and Forms; advanced
experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Working knowledge of Workday, Greenhouse, Snowflake, and
Tableau
Experience with employee listening survey platforms (e.g.,
Qualtrics, WorkTango)
