Mechanical AssemblerLooking for a fun and challenging assembler position with a leading equipment manufacturer? This could be for you! Our client is looking for a responsible Mechanical Assembler who can work on a variety of finished products in the air blast equipment space. This person is familiar with utilizing blueprints, schematics, and written process procedures. Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble various sub-assemblies, reclaimers, dust collectors, and shot blasting equipment using written procedures, drawings, and simple hand and power tools as needed.
• Examine and test subassemblies and final goods.
• Notify supervisor of any shortages of materials and documentation errors
• Preserve a tidy and safe workspaceQualifications:
  • High school education or equivalent is required; trade school with electrical and mechanical training is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of two years experience in a manufacturing/assembly environment.
  • Must own commonly used hand tools and measuring devices.Essential Skills and Experience:
    • Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
    • Ability to follow methods and procedures.
    • Must be able to work independently as needed.
    • Proficiency using hand, power, and measuring tools.
    • Knowledge of electrical assemblies.
    • Strong attention to detail and quality oriented.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6AM-4:30PM / Friday 6AM-10AM*Occasional Weekends as necessary (Saturday 6AM-12PM)
