Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Vice President, Medicaid
Divisional Leader to oversee Medicaid markets and ensure strategic
execution.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the Medicaid D-SNP market portfolio, ensuring performance
and strategy alignment
Manage P&L for Medicaid markets, developing financial
strategies for profitability and sustainability
Serve as the primary advocate for the organization in state
relationships and regulatory compliance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or
related field; advanced degree preferred
10+ years of experience in Medicaid or healthcare leadership with
market-level operations oversight
8+ years of people leadership experience in a large-scale
organization
Proven success in managing Medicaid and/or Medicare product
strategies and financial improvement initiatives
Experience in advocacy and stakeholder relationship management at
state and federal levels
