- Trauma Level 1 Hospital
- Peds ER, Adult ER
- NICU
- 3 scanners- 2 siemens, 1 GE
  - Job Requirements
  - Must be AHA.
  - Nursing only Michigan hospitals need their licensure verified through LARA not NURSYs.
  - HIPAA, Joint Commission -NPSG, OSHA Topics
  - The Medical Imaging Contract Worker Form is done onsite and uploaded by the facility.
  - Welcome - Medical Imaging Contract Worker Onboarding. The attestation at the end of the pre-hire 6 hours to be uploaded by the Agency with the traveler's signature and date.
    - Additional Details
    - Vaccines or Positive IGG Titer required. If Negative titer, must have booster vaccine.
    - Exemptions for required vaccinations not accepted in certain areas.
    - Flu season starts Sept 4th, 2023. Needs to be updated every year.
