Job Description:

A company is looking for a Talent Services Specialist to support global business objectives through human resource operations.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to implement technology solutions for HR processes
Administer and audit HR processes such as onboarding and employee changes
Manage HR service tickets and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related area preferred
3+ years of HRIS experience
Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities
Strong relationship-building skills
Proficiency in HR systems such as Workday and CultureAmp
