A company is looking for a TN-Barred Litigation Appeals Attorney
for a remote, full-time contract position.
Key Responsibilities
Handle various types of commercial litigation cases, including
e-discovery
Conduct legal research, prepare motions, and manage depositions
Acknowledge emails/requests within 24 hours and complete
assignments within 1-2 business days
Required Qualifications
Barred in Tennessee - REQUIRED
Residence in Tennessee - STRONGLY PREFERRED
2+ years of experience as an attorney in-house or at a law firm
Ability to work independently on a contract basis
Comfortable with technology
