Job Description:
A company is looking for a Solutions Analyst - Clinical to
provide end-user support for technology-related issues in the
healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide timely and world-class customer support to users via
multiple channels
Manage and prioritize incoming support cases and follow up on
unresolved issues
Maintain knowledge articles and records of communications in the
CRM system
Qualifications and Experience:
Degree or post-secondary education in Information Technology or a
related technical field preferred
Experience in a technical support position is an asset
Sound understanding of API and service technologies and
functions
Ability to work autonomously or as part of a remote team
Demonstrated commitment to ongoing development and continuous
learning
