    • Registered Respiratory Therapist
    • Experience with Emergency Department, and Critical care units
    • NICU experience and have an active Neonatal NRP certification
    • Must be able to work level 3 NICU
    • Candidates with NICU and Pediatric experience will be considered first.
    • ACLS, PALS, NRP or Stable certifications are nice to have
      • Schedule Information
      • Shift: Nights
      • No call requirements
      • Holiday and weekend shifts are a must for nights - weekends are Friday, Sat, Sun
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Location: Lafayette East
        • Building: Lafayette East
        • Floor: Respiratory Department 2nd
        • Number of Beds - 180
        • Number of Staff - 38
        • Day Shift - (example: 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters)
        • Night Shift - Staffed up to 4-4.5 RTs on each shift, with a team lead for shift support.
        • Patient Ratios - We average around 65 RVU for productivity.
        • Type of equipment - PB 840 vents, Hamilton C1, Drager 500, V60 Bipap, Fisher Pykel High flow
        • EMR - EPIC
        • Manage daily assignments for Respiratory Care that also includes Vent management, ABG interpretation, overnight oximetry, floor therapy, and emergency room care.
        • Best personality Fit: Easy going, good time management, self-motivated, independent with good critical thinking skills.
