Aspire has health centers in five Central Indiana counties serving Hoosiers of all ages and walks of life.Position SummaryThis full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker position will provide outpatient, individual, and group therapy services to adults at our Indianapolis Outpatient Office. Duties include, but are not limited to: evaluations/assessments, treatment plans, crisis intervention/emergency services, individual and group therapy/counseling services and substance abuse treatment.Education/Experience/RequirementsMaster's Degree in Social Work from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education requiredTwo (2) years' experience in a clinical setting working with a variety of populationsMust have excellent diagnostic and treatment planning skillsBrief, targeted behavioral intervention and substance use evaluation experience preferredKnowledge of social service systems, community resources, legal systems and child welfare systems highly preferredAbility to work and effectively deal with multiple types of personalities in a variety of situationsMust maintain a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance and a driving record that meets the guidelines and requirements of the organization; must have reliable transportation to transport self and/or others and to travel within the communityLicensureMust be recognized as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the State of IndianaRecognized as a Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor (LCAC) a plusBenefitsAspire prioritizes a work culture that takes care of employees not only at work but in their personal lives as well.
