• Certification Details
• AHA Only - ACLS required for most RN positions
• AHA BLS required for all clinical positions
• PALS required for specific departments
• NRP required for certain units
• TNCC required for the Emergency Department
• NCC EFM certification required for L&D
• Ohio Licensure - Primary Source online verification required
• NIH Stroke Certification within 12 months prior to start and updated annually
  • Job Details
  • 36 or 48 hours per week
  • Minimum 1 YEAR CVICU experience REQUIRED (dedicated CVICU staff exp)
  • Level 1 Trauma experience preferred
  • Will take first time travelers, do not need Ohio license
  • For 48-hour contracts, OT is paid out after 48 hours
  • Open to the possibility of block schedule, must work EOH and EOW, free gym membership and free parking
  • Targeted patient ratios are 1:2
    • Job Requirements
    • Pass an online EKG tele competency assessment before starting the assignment
    • BLS, ACLS and NIHSS required - must be able to read and interpret strips
    • Experience with A-Lines vents drips sheaths dialysis and draw ABGs
    • Travel experience preferred
    • EPIC experience Required
      • Schedule Information
      • Traveler will be first to float at Premier's discretion
      • May float in/out of specialty clusters to a medically appropriate assignment
      • Must be available to work every other weekend/holiday
      • Premier Health reserves the right to cancel 2 shifts due to low census per 13-week contract
      • Premier Health reserves the right to cancel agreement with 2 weeks' notice without fee or fine
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Working with Tele/drips/vents
        • Typically runs 1:2-36 bed units
        • Navy Blue Scrubs required
          • Additional Details
          • Subcontractors - I-9 and E-Verify Attestation Form is required
          • Government Issued Photo ID is required
          • Everify required per contract
          • Residency Declaration Form required if using a Compact Nursing license
