  • Must be AHA BLS Certified
  • Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals. Nursys quick confirm verifications should be completed for all APRN, RNs, and LPN/LVNs
  • Nursys should be used to review ALL license activity in all states, not just the state of placement.
  • Nursing only Michigan hospitals need their licensure verified through LARA not NURSYs.
    • Additional Details
    • Documentation of vaccination series completion OR documentation of declination to vaccine.
    • Flu season starts Sept 4th, 2023 for all new travelers. Needs to be updated every year. Declinations and exemptions not accepted.
    • Proof of immunity, titers are required to check serological evidence for Varicella. If titer results do not show proof of immunity, administer two doses of Varicella vaccine, four weeks apart. Exemptions are NOT accepted for some areas.
