Position Overview:Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinic Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional patient care and services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including the treatment of patients, onboarding and training new employees, and reviewing treatment plans.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the clinic team in delivering high-quality patient care and services
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with patients and healthcare professionals
• Onboard and train new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the clinic team
• Review treatment plans and provide feedback to clinicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes

    • Current Professional licensure as a Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapist
    • Current CPR Certification
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
