and local partners to foster growth in workforce development and
technology advancement initiatives.Manage and lead the alignment of
regional ecosystem and public sector clients' priorities around
sustainable programs designed to improve competitiveness and grow
interest in relevant career choices.Develop and expand regional
workforce training and qualified worker pools and advance
technology adoption.Manage strategic planning and monitoring of
workforce development efforts, including but not limited to
workforce training and development programs, candidate pipeline
development, and employer engagement initiatives.Build, manage and
grow relationships with various public sector and
industrial/manufacturing clients and stakeholders in their human
capital transformation and workforce development efforts.Utilize
professional relationships and subject matter expertise to
participate in team problem-solving efforts and offer ideas to
solve client issues.Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and
create reports.Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy
of work products.Contribute to proposal development, as
requested.Actively expand consulting skills and professional
development through training courses, mentoring, and daily
interaction with clientsManage and review work from leads on
projects and workstreamsOversee professional development of junior

incentives for the future.Qualifications -Required:Bachelor's
degree requiredMust be legally authorized to work in the United
States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any
time in the future.Must be able to obtain and maintain the required
clearance for this role.Ability to travel up to 50%-75%, on
average, based on the work you do and the clients and
industries/sectors you serve.8 total years of professional work
experiencePreferred:8 years of experience in workforce development5
years of experience in management consulting5 years of defense
industrial base or manufacturing sector experienceFor individuals
assigned and/or hired to work in California, Colorado, Hawaii,
Jersey City, Nevada, New York state, and Washington State, Deloitte
is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the
compensation range for this role. This compensation range is
specific to California, Colorado, Hawaii, Jersey City, Nevada, New
York state, and Washington state and takes into account the wide
range of factors that are considered in making compensation
decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and
training; licensure and certifications; and other business and
organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an
individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their
role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and
circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current
range is $125k-$208k.You may also be eligible to participate in a
discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules
governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various
factors, including, without limitation, individual and
